Data Deletion Instructions
Your privacy matters. Learn how to delete your data from ShopKatalog.
Method 1: Delete Your Account Directly
The fastest way to delete all your data is through your account settings.
Go to Settings in your dashboard
Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
Type "DELETE" to confirm
Click "Delete My Account"
Method 2: Request Deletion via Facebook
If you signed up using Facebook, you can request data deletion through Facebook.
Go to your Facebook Apps and Websites settings
Find "ShopKatalog" in your list of apps
Click "Remove" and follow the prompts
Facebook will automatically send us a deletion request, and we'll delete all your data
Method 3: Contact Support
Need help or have special requirements? Contact our support team.
Email us at support@shopkatalog.com with:
- Your account email address
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Any specific concerns or requirements
We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Gets Deleted?
When you request deletion, we permanently remove:
- •Your account information (name, email, profile picture)
- •All shops you created and their products
- •Your orders and transaction history
- •Reviews you've written or received
- •Chat sessions and messages
- •All uploaded images and media files
- •Newsletter subscriptions
- •OAuth connections (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Twitter)
Deletion Timeline
Your account becomes inaccessible right away
All data removed from active databases
Complete removal from backups and archives (required for legal compliance)
