How to Add a Payment Method
- Log into your ShopKatalog account
- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- Click "Add Payment Method"
- Choose your preferred provider (Paystack or Flutterwave)
- Select your payment method type (Card, Bank, Mobile Money, etc.)
- You'll be redirected to the provider's secure payment page
- Complete the payment details (your information is secure)
- Authorize the payment for verification
- You'll be redirected back to ShopKatalog
- Your payment method is now active and ready to use
✅ Verification: Small test charges may appear on your account. These are immediately refunded after verification.

View Saved Methods
- Go to Account Settings → Billing → Payment Methods
- See all your saved payment methods
- See which is your default payment method
- View last 4 digits of cards
Set Default Method
- Go to Payment Methods
- Click "Set as Default" on a payment method
- This method will be used for recurring charges
- You can change it anytime
Remove Payment Method
- Go to Payment Methods
- Find the payment method to remove
- Click "Remove" or trash icon
- Confirm deletion
- If it was default, select a new default method

Is my card information safe?
Yes. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS certified providers (Paystack, Flutterwave). ShopKatalog never stores your card details. Only the last 4 digits are saved for your reference.
What currency should I use?
ShopKatalog supports payments in local currencies through integrated payment providers. The available currencies depend on your location and chosen payment gateway.
Can I use an international card?
Yes. Both Paystack and Flutterwave accept international Visa and Mastercard, though fees may vary. Check with your card issuer for international transaction fees.
What if payment fails?
If payment fails, you'll receive an email notification and your subscription will expire. Update your payment method and renew to restore access. No charges are applied for failed attempts.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices are automatically generated for each payment and available in your Billing section. You can download or email invoices to your accountant.
