- 7 days before trial ends, you'll receive an email reminder
- Choose your subscription plan before trial expires
- If you don't subscribe, your shop will be suspended after trial
Monthly Subscription
- Billed automatically on the same day each month
- Payment attempted via your saved payment method
- If payment succeeds, your shop stays active
- If payment fails, your subscription will expire and you'll receive notifications
- Update payment method and renew to keep your shop accessible
Yearly Subscription
- Billed once per year
- Automatic renewal 12 months from purchase date
- Email reminders sent 30 and 7 days before renewal
- Save 17% compared to monthly billing
- If renewal payment fails, your subscription will expire
Expired & Suspended Subscriptions
If your payment fails or subscription expires:
What Happens When Suspended

- • You can still log in to your dashboard
- • All your products and data remain safe

How to Reactivate
- 1. Log in to your dashboard
- 2. Go to Subscriptions
- 3. Click "Reactivate Shop"
- 4. Complete payment
- 5. Your shop is instantly restored
💡 Good News: Your data is safe for 90 days after suspension. You can reactivate anytime within this period.
Switching Plans
You can change your subscription plan anytime:
Upgrading (Monthly to Yearly)
- Credit for unused monthly time applied to yearly plan
- Switch takes effect immediately
- Next billing date becomes 1 year from switch date
- Start saving immediately
Downgrading (Yearly to Monthly)
- Change takes effect at end of current yearly period
- No immediate changes to your subscription
- You keep yearly benefits until period ends
- Monthly billing starts after yearly period expires
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription anytime:
During Free Trial
Simply don't subscribe. Your shop will be suspended after 30 days with no charges.
Monthly Subscription
Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
Yearly Subscription
Cancel anytime. You keep access for the full year you paid for. No refunds for remaining months.
Note: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds except in cases of billing errors or service unavailability.
Common Questions
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No! The 30-day free trial requires no payment information. Simply create your account and start selling.
Can I have multiple shops on one account?
Yes! Each shop requires its own subscription after the free trial. You'll be billed separately for each shop.
Are there any transaction fees?
No! We charge zero transaction fees. You keep 100% of your sales. The only cost is the subscription fee.
What happens to my data if I don't renew?
Your data is safely stored for 90 days. You can reactivate anytime within this period. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted.
Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day free trial so you can test everything risk-free. Once you subscribe, all sales are final except for billing errors.
