What is the Dashboard?
Your dashboard is the control center for your online shop. It provides a quick overview of your shop's performance, recent orders, and gives you access to all management features.

Access your dashboard anytime by clicking the "Dashboard" link in the navigation menu after logging in.
Dashboard Sections
1. Shop Overview Card
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see your shop overview:
- Shop Name: Your shop's display name
- Shop URL: Your unique shopkatalog.com subdomain
- Subscription Status: Active, trial, or suspended
- Days Remaining: If on trial or expiring soon
- Quick Actions: View shop, manage subscription, edit settings
2. Statistics Overview
View key metrics at a glance:
📦 Total Products
Number of products in your catalog
🛒 Total Orders
Lifetime order count
⭐ Average Rating
Customer satisfaction score
👁️ Shop Views
Total visits to your shop
3. Recent Orders
See your latest orders with:
- Customer name and contact
- Order date and time
- Products ordered
- Order total
- Status (pending, processing, completed)
- Quick actions (view details, mark as completed)
⚡ Pro Tip: Click on any order to see full details including customer message and delivery information.
4. Products Section
Manage your product catalog:
- Add Product: Create new product listings
- Product List: View all products with thumbnails
- Quick Edit: Update prices, stock, or details
- Delete: Remove products from your catalog
- Visibility Toggle: Show/hide products temporarily
5. Reviews & Ratings
Customer feedback section shows:
- Recent customer reviews
- Star ratings for products and shop
- Customer comments and feedback
- Option to respond to reviews

Common Questions
Why don't I see the Products section?
You need to create a shop first. Click "Create Shop" from your dashboard to get started.
How do I switch between multiple shops?
Click on "Shops" in the navigation menu, then select the shop you want to manage.
Can I customize the dashboard layout?
Currently, the dashboard layout is fixed, but we're working on customization options for future updates.
What timezone is used for order timestamps?
All times are displayed in West Africa Time (WAT) by default. You can change this in your account settings.
