Support Level: Excellent | Minimum Version: 90+
Chrome is the fastest and most compatible browser for ShopKatalog. We recommend using the latest version.
Firefox (Excellent)
Support Level: Excellent | Minimum Version: 88+
Firefox offers excellent compatibility and strong privacy features. Works perfectly with ShopKatalog.
Safari (Excellent)
Support Level: Excellent | Minimum Version: 14+
Safari on Mac and iOS works great with ShopKatalog. Keep it updated for best performance.
Note: Some older Safari versions may have minor issues with advanced features
Edge (Excellent)
Support Level: Excellent | Minimum Version: 90+
Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based) is fully compatible and recommended for Windows users.
Opera (Good)
Support Level: Good | Minimum Version: 76+
Opera is fully compatible with ShopKatalog and offers good performance.

β Internet Explorer (Unsupported)
Internet Explorer is outdated and has major security issues. We don't support IE. Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge instead.

Browsers older than 2-3 years may have compatibility issues. Always keep your browser updated.
β οΈ Uncommon/Niche Browsers
Browsers like Brave, Vivaldi, or UC Browser may work but aren't officially tested. Use Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge for best support.
Browser Requirements & Features
Required Features
For ShopKatalog to work properly, your browser must support:
JavaScript
Required for all functionality. Disable this and ShopKatalog won't work.
CSS3
For styling and layout. All modern browsers support this.
HTML5
Modern HTML standard. Required for forms and media.
Cookies
For login sessions and preferences. Disable cookies and you'll need to log in every page.
LocalStorage
For caching some data locally. Improves performance.
Browser Settings & Configuration
Enable JavaScript
Why: JavaScript is essential for ShopKatalog to function. Most browsers have it enabled by default.
Chrome & Edge:
- Click the lock icon in the address bar
- Click "Site settings"
- Find "JavaScript" and set to "Allowed"
Firefox:
- Type "about:config" in address bar
- Search for "javascript.enabled"
- Make sure it's set to "true"
Safari:
- Go to Safari β Preferences
- Click "Security" tab
- Make sure "Enable JavaScript" is checked
Enable Cookies
Why: Cookies are needed for login sessions and remembering your preferences.
- Cookies are enabled by default in all modern browsers
- If you disabled them, re-enable them
- You don't need to "Allow all" but allow functional/session cookies
- Clear cookies only if you have problems
Disable Problematic Extensions
- Ad Blockers: May block images or interactive elements. Disable for ShopKatalog.
- Popup Blockers: May prevent checkout redirects. Allow popups for ShopKatalog.
- Content Security Extensions: May block functionality. Disable if issues occur.
- Password Managers: Usually fine but can occasionally cause issues. Try disabling if problems.
- VPN Extensions: Can slow down browsing. Disable when not needed.
Troubleshooting Browser Issues
Site Not Loading
Step 1: Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
Step 2: Hard refresh to clear cache (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R)
Step 3: Check your internet connection
Step 4: Clear browser cookies and try again
Step 5: Try a different browser
Step 6: Try incognito/private mode (disables extensions)
Pages Look Wrong
Likely cause: Old cached data or browser issue
Solutions:
- Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R)

Elements Not Clickable
Likely cause: JavaScript disabled or extension blocking it
Solutions:
- Enable JavaScript (see instructions above)
- Disable ad blockers and popup blockers
- Try incognito/private mode to disable extensions
- Try a different browser
Checkout Not Working
Solutions:
- Disable popup blockers (checkout uses popups)
- Disable ad blockers
- Disable content security extensions
- Try Chrome or Safari (most reliable)
- Try incognito/private mode
- Update your browser to latest version

- Click "Settings"
- Click "About Chrome"
- Chrome will automatically check and install updates
Firefox

- Safari updates with macOS updates
- Go to Apple menu β "About This Mac"

Mobile Browser Tips
For iPhone/iPad Users
- Safari is recommended (built-in and fastest)
- Keep iOS updated for best browser compatibility

- Enable JavaScript (default on, don't disable)
For Android Users
- Chrome is recommended (usually preinstalled)

General Mobile Tips
